He said it was bad last week, but this week wasn’t bad. It was a little alarming to see that he doesn’t mind parking customer’s cars by trees that are dripping sap. I noticed something on the window, and he said it was just tree sap. Since they screwed up something like that, I started to think that maybe they had screwed other stuff up. Not sure if I completely buy that excuse since I’ve heard from others that the Macan does not take that long to tint. So I dropped the car off at 7AM, and they just finished at 4PM. When I asked why he didn’t call me as soon as the damage happened, he said it happened just before I arrived. Now I will have to set up a time to get it re-opti-coated. I had the car opti-coated the day before, and that panel was also opti-coated. I was upset, but since they were going to get the part and fix it, I didn’t say anything. He just said he’d get the part and make it right.
